Original pistachio pesto recipe!

packaging: 90 gr or 190 gr
dosage: 2/3 tablespoons to prepare 600g of pasta with pistachio pesto

Ingrediants: PISTACHIO Verde di Bronte PDO 80%, sunflower oil, salt and pepper.

Allergens: PISTACHIO, possible traces of MILK AND DERIVATIVES, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, SOYA

Recommended combinations:
On canapés and croutons, excellent as an aperitif;
particularly suitable for seasoning durum wheat pasta, as a first course with pistachio sauce, a Sicilian condiment par excellence;
to spread on the fillet of red or white meat and on fish, especially swordfish, just blend everything with a drop of brandy and put it in the oven for a second dish of sure impact;
and again … for savory baked goods, divine on pizza and arancini!

Storage:
12 months in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated. To be consumed preferably by the date indicated on the capsule.
